Clarette C. Farmer is a woman of vision, fire, and divine strategy. Known as The Dream Life Architect and formerly known as The Warfare Coach, she is the CEO of two thriving corporations, an international keynote speaker, licensed attorney, multi-published author, seasoned life coach, strategic consultant, and affirmed Apostle. She is also a devoted wife and mother of three incredible sons.

With over two decades of speaking and leadership experience, Clarette has become a trusted voice for ambitious women, purpose-driven leaders, and visionary entrepreneurs. Her unique approach blends prophetic insight, legal acumen, and high-performance coaching to help women overcome internal barriers, unlock their true identity, and design a life of purpose, prosperity, and peace.

From Pain to Purpose: The Story Behind the Mission
​
Born Cynthia Clarette Jean-Philippe in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Clarette is a first-generation Haitian-American, shaped by the relentless work ethic of her parents. Like many in her position, she was given three career choices: Doctor, Lawyer, or Engineer. But with a deep aversion to blood, a distaste for math, and an all-consuming fear of failure, she chose none.
​
Instead, Clarette became a master of appearing successful—thriving in environments that felt safe, excelling in roles that never truly challenged her potential. She was the captain, the leader, the youngest in the room to hold prestigious titles. From the outside, it looked like she had it all together. But beneath the surface, she was operating beneath her true calling, living within the limits of what was comfortable rather than what was possible.

Then came rock bottom—true rock bottom. The kind that shatters illusions and forces you to confront the truth. It was in that place that Clarette came face to face with herself—not the high-achieving performer, but the woman who had been playing small.

That season changed everything.

Instead of masking her pain with more accolades and achievements, she did the deep, inner work of true transformation. She dismantled the limiting beliefs, conquered the unseen battles, and stepped fully into her purpose and power. She built her dream life.

Today, Clarette is living proof of what happens when you say yes to purpose. Her journey from fear to faith, from limitations to limitless potential, has impacted hundreds of thousands of lives. And she’s just getting started.

Family
Clarette is married to the love of her life, partner in all things, and best friend Isaac. Together, they are a blended family and have 3 beautiful boys who make them so proud everyday! Isaac is an intelligence officer and engineer but his real passion and purpose in life is being a father and a basketball coach/mentor in the community. Together, they have built a beautiful life and legacy for their boys to carry on.
Faith
Clarette's parents divorced when she was 2 years old which led to her mother working long hours to make ends meet. Clarette and her older sister were often babysat by neighbors who would take them to church. Clarette has experienced being a part of the Catholic Church and Baptist Church, but grew roots in the Presbyterian Church. A few years after coming back home from college, she began dating Isaac who introduced her to the Pentecostal Church where she was filled with the Holy Spirit and the Lord began to reveal to her, her full purpose and assignment.
​
Today, Clarette identifies fully as a follower of Christ and Kingdom Citizen. She is the Apostle and Prophet over Core Christian Church, an apostolic-prophetic global church that she founded in 2023. Since its inception, they have donated thousands of dollars to the global community, reached over 50 countries with the message of Christ crucified, and have brought over one hundred people and counting to the knowledge of Christ through salvation.

Clarette believes in the power of prayer, strength of community, present day miracles, signs, and wonders readily available for all of God's children. She believes that there is no one too far from reach of God's loving hand and victory is always the only option!
Business
It was never Clarette's intention to have a business, let alone help hundreds of others to launch their own. She ran from the calling of being a business owner for over a decade, even after receiving her MBA. After grad school, Clarette received a scholarship to attend law school and passed the bar on her first try. After experiencing multiple unjust terminations after being licensed, she heard God say to go run His business.
Many of the times she was let go, there wasn't an explanation as to why. In the moment, it was disheartening and frustrating, but in hindsight, it was God steering her path to her true calling and purpose.
​
Having been both employee and CEO, Clarette has a unique vantage point on business and organizational development, leadership development, and employee retention. Her experience has given her skills, knowledge, and abilities that education couldn't give.
Fun
Clarette is a huge girly girl who loves all things pink, luxury, and diamonds and pearls. She's also very competitive; you'll want her on your team for Taboo! Her first passion was swimming, competing around the world as an international competitive swimmer and absolutely loves the beach! She transitioned to competitive dancing in high school and college winning competitions around the state.
Deep belly laughs, good food, and new experiences top her list of favorites but here are a few others:

She loves a good Rom-com that has a happily ever after (the boy HAS to get the girl) but also, movies about war (at one point, she seriously considered joining the marines)​

She loves collecting fine art, rare African Cichlids, and house plants​

Some of her favorite brands are Louboutin (there's just something about painting the town red), Chanel (probably because of the C's), Lamborghini, Ted Baker, Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, and Target (pronounced Targé)​

She is an avid reader and loves to run outdoors
