THE FRAMEWORK
What We'll Work Through TOGETHER
Most growth work focuses on information, mindset, or behavior in isolation.
Alignment does not fail because you lack knowledge. It fails because knowing has layers—and most women were never taught how to integrate them.
During the Alignment Intensive, we’ll work through three foundational layers:
The Three Layers of Knowing
• What you know in your mind
• What you believe in your heart
• What your body feels safe enough to live out
When these layers are disconnected, effort increases and results diminish but alignment restores flow.
This intensive brings together:
• Neuroscience (how belief is wired and reinforced)
• Faith (how truth is spiritually discerned and lived)
• Practical integration (how alignment becomes embodied reality)
We won't be working in theory, we'll be working in application.
We will identify:
